Vampire procedures

Your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prepared and applied with medical precision. Below is how these treatments work and what options we discuss in consultation.

What is a Vampire procedure?

Why are these procedures so special?

A Vampire procedure begins by drawing a small amount of blood from your arm—the same way you would for a routine blood sample. Depending on the treatment, one to three tubes may be collected.

The blood is spun in a high-speed centrifuge to separate platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Platelets naturally carry multiple growth factors—often discussed as eight key factors—that help the body heal damaged tissue after injury. When PRP is isolated in the centrifuge, those growth factors are concentrated by roughly tenfold.

The PRP is then activated into a platelet-rich fibrin matrix and reinjected into the treatment area. There, PRP can signal your own stem cells to support new collagen and microvascular networks—contributing to improvements in shape, texture, tone, and sensation where appropriate.

Vampire Facelift

Vampire facelift is performed when there is volume loss in the face.

Whether you have deflated or drooping cheeks, deep smile or marionette lines, hollow under-eyes, or early jowling, the Vampire Facelift approach addresses volume loss by first placing a hyaluronic acid filler—such as a product from the Juvederm family—to restore lift and structure and act as a scaffold beneath the skin.

PRP is then injected in the same regions, over the filler base. You may notice an immediate change; over the following three to six weeks, results can continue to evolve as your biology responds—often with brighter, softer-looking skin texture and tone.

Hair restoration

Hair restoration is performed by injecting PRP into the scalp where the hair is thinning.

PRP is not expected to create new hair growth on areas that are completely bald; for thinning hair, it may support follicles using the growth factors concentrated in PRP—in a way conceptually similar to how PRP supports repair in other tissues.

Breast lift

A breast lift effect can be attained by injecting Juvederm and PRP into the cleavage to give it a more robust appearance.

Volume is added toward the inner portion of the breasts. The effect can be especially noticeable in a bra or bikini—supporting a fuller, more voluptuous look while clothing is worn. Results for some patients may last up to about two years; individual experience varies.

Other Vampire options

We also discuss Vampire Facial, P-Shot, and O-Shot and how PRP may fit your goals—see the Vampire procedures section on our Services page for an overview, or book a private consultation.

Important: Not everyone is a candidate for PRP or combination treatments. Results vary. A medical consultation is required before treatment.
