NP Choice Rejuvenation
Our services
NP Choice Rejuvenation offers face and body aesthetic treatments plus pain management when appropriate—organized here by treatment type. What we recommend always depends on your exam, goals, and health history.
Botox Cosmetic
Botox is a purified protein derived from botulinum toxin and is used to treat a variety of concerns.
The most common use for Botox is to relax fine lines and wrinkles in the face. Botox can also be used to reduce excessive sweating in the underarms.
Botox can be used in the masseter (chewing) muscles to help reduce teeth grinding during sleep. It can also be used as part of a plan for migraine headaches in appropriate candidates.
Botox typically lasts about three to six months; individual response varies. Botox is placed with a very fine needle into the muscles being treated. Results often begin to appear within three to four days, with maximum effect around two weeks.
Dermal fillers
There are many dermal fillers on the market, made from different materials. The most widely used are hyaluronic acid fillers. Juvederm is one example of a hyaluronic acid filler, with several formulations—including Ultra, Ultra Plus, Volbella, Vollure, and Voluma—each suited to different areas and goals.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can last from roughly six months up to about two years, depending on product, placement, and individual metabolism.
Radiesse is another filler option; it is calcium-based rather than hyaluronic acid, with a different feel and indications. Radiesse may last up to about 18 months for some patients.
Bellafill is a longer-lasting option—up to several years in appropriate cases. It combines bovine collagen with PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) microspheres. Skin testing may be required before use.
Vampire procedures
Several “Vampire” procedures are available, including the Vampire Facelift, Vampire Facial, P-Shot, and O-Shot. These treatments use your own blood. Less than a tablespoon is drawn and processed in specimen tubes.
The tubes are spun in a high-speed centrifuge for about five minutes to isolate platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
Why PRP?
PRP contains growth factors that can signal your stem cells to support new tissue, collagen, and microvascular flow. During processing, growth-factor–rich plasma is concentrated. The PRP is then activated and introduced to the treatment areas to address volume, texture, and tone.
Vampire Facelift & Vampire Facial
The Vampire Facelift often combines dermal fillers in areas where volume is needed with activated PRP in the same regions.
The Vampire Facial typically applies PRP to the skin surface and uses a medical-grade microneedling device to help deliver PRP into the dermis.
O-Shot & P-Shot
The O-Shot involves PRP injection in selected areas to support sexual wellness goals, including orgasm quality, urinary symptoms, and discomfort with intercourse in some patients—only after consultation and candidacy review.
The P-Shot uses PRP in the male genital area with goals that may include erection quality, sensation, recovery between erections, and other concerns discussed in a private medical visit.

Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy treats spider veins on the legs by injecting a sclerosing agent (such as Asclera) into the vessels so they can be absorbed by the body over time.
Typically several sessions may be needed; the exact number varies by extent of veins and individual response.
Chemical peels
Medical-grade chemical peels use peeling agents to remove damaged outer layers of skin and bring fresher skin to the surface. Depth and downtime depend on the peel chosen and your skin type.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a collagen-induction treatment using a medical-grade device—often with a tip of very fine needles—to improve overall skin quality, soften fine lines, and address scars and stretch marks in some cases.
Hydrating serums and/or PRP can be combined with treatment when appropriate to enhance results.
IPL & skin resurfacing laser
Intense pulsed light (IPL) is used for photofacials to improve sunspots and visible vessels (such as facial redness or telangiectasias) in suitable skin types.
Skin resurfacing treatments remove damaged outer cells and stimulate the dermis to renew—supporting rejuvenation, fine-line improvement, and scar appearance in many patients. These modalities can be combined with other services in a coordinated plan.
Kybella
Kybella is a prescription injectable used to improve the appearance of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fullness). A series of treatments is common; results and session count vary by individual.
Pain management
NP Choice Rejuvenation offers medical pain management as part of a broader care model alongside aesthetics. Evaluations are individualized: we review your history, goals, and options in a private visit with a licensed provider.
Treatment plans—when appropriate—may include conservative strategies, medications, or referrals, depending on your condition and what is medically indicated. Not every concern is treated in-office; candidacy is determined at consultation.
Skin care products
We can recommend medical-grade home care to support your in-office treatments. Examples of lines and ingredients we may discuss include:
- Retin-A 0.1%
- Hydroquinone 4%
- Stem Cell Beauty Innovations
- Oxygenetix
Important: Individual results vary. Not every treatment is appropriate for every patient. A consultation and medical assessment are required before treatment.
